Best Dipping Back into the Archives
I've been working a lot, it cuts into my blogging time but it also cuts into my "things to blog about" time, so there's not much to catch you up on. But going through my pictures, I found things to share starting from the end of May running up to now.
One last trip out to the Loews Jersey theater before it closed for the summer.
The WTC PATH station has been all future'd
One Sunday morning this plane was awful low
Work lunch with Pearl
I'm a worker!
Sometimes I slip outside during my break and take pictures in my work neighborhood
No one likes a show off
Here's Aubrey...
She hooked Christian and I up with tickets to the NBA Draft.
I couldn't believe that Christian knew who all those college kids were. It was exciting to share all the life changing moments with them. Nice to see all the families dressed up and excited.
My own neighborhood by night
Friend and co-worker Marco, with whom I've worked off and on for four years now, got himself a Leica so we took it on an inaugural run one night last week.
Listen. Sometimes this new blog is going to be kind of edgy.
Working near Times Square is photographically beneficial
Get that money, Olaf
Look closely. Can you see a guy on the outside of his apartment?
Cab rides home
When I get a minute I'll still cook if I can, here's broccoli
Made tostadas de tinga
And turned tostada leftovers into taquitos
One night I tried the nice new burger at Rose's. It was good but gone in seconds.
One Saturday morning, weeks ago, not too many people at the Love and Mercy early show.
Top floor of the 3rd avenue AMC. How long could someone live up here before anyone noticed?
And one Saturday night, work dinner at Sapporo in midtown. I'm Ok with Ok ramen. This place has been in New York in the 70's, one of the first ramen places in the city. It defies all the present ramen pretenses and trends.
And has got fun t-shirts.
